All members of iThryv Professor must be members of weProsper.org. By registering with iThryv Professor, you automatically become a member of weProsper.org and agree to accept the Terms. If you registered your child or a student, you agreed to be bound by the Terms and you also agree to ensure compliance of the person you registered.
If you do not agree to the Terms or any revised policy, please exit weProsper.org immediately. weProsper.org alone determines whether a user has violated the Terms and reserves the right to determine the appropriate action when a violation has occurred.
General Use Restrictions
weProsper.org holds all right, title, and interest in and to the materials on this website, which are the copyrighted work of weProsper, LLC. weProsper.org grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use and display the materials only on your personal computer only for purposes associated with your interaction with this website. Teachers registering students on iThryv Professor agree that their school has prior written consent from the parents. Teachers understand that their students who are registered on iThryv Professor will automatically be members of wePropser.
